Enquiry form
When you send the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, postcode, the pest or service you choose, your message and, if you give it, your phone number. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and discuss any inspection or work you ask about. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
When you press send, your browser checks the form and sends it directly to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service, which emails it to cvpestcare@gmail.com. As with any website request, FormSubmit also receives your IP address and browser details. FormSubmit keeps a copy of submissions for 30 days; see FormSubmit's privacy policy. Our website does not store your enquiry in any database. The email is kept in our Google Gmail inbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and you can ask us to delete it.
We do not use your details for marketing and do not sell or share them except with the services named here.
Phone and email
If you call or email us directly, we use what you tell us only to respond to you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing cvpestcare@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Analytics, advertising and cookies
We have not installed analytics, advertising or marketing tracking tools, and the site does not set its own cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Third-party services
- Fonts: our typefaces (Fraunces and Hanken Grotesk) are served from this website itself, so no font requests go to Google or any other font service.
- Hosting: like any website, our hosting provider processes technical request data (such as IP address and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
Photographs are served from this website itself, not from external image hosts.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle information changes.
