Pricing & plans
How much will it cost?
Price depends on the inspection and scope. We explain the plan and agree the price before any work begins. We don't publish fixed prices because no two jobs are the same.
What's included in a treatment plan?
The treatment visits and follow-up agreed for your pest. Proofing, cleaning and any equipment are separate items, agreed in advance.
How many visits will I need?
Rodent work is usually a course of visits. Bedbug and cockroach treatment includes follow-up. The expected number is set out in your plan.

Which pests do you deal with?
Rats, mice, bedbugs and cockroaches, plus commercial rodent monitoring and targeted proofing. See our services.
Do you offer heat treatment or fumigation?
No.
Does commercial monitoring treat an infestation?
No. Monitoring detects activity early. Treating active infestations is separately scoped and agreed.
Can you guarantee the pests won't return?
No honest technician can. We aim to resolve the problem and reduce the risk of a return through follow-up and prevention advice.
